Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
Re: Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
Anyone claim JUNE yet?
Re: Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
According to the Tracker, June is available.
Re: Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
It's all yours. I just marked the Status sheet for that month as Reserved.

I don't know if anyone else is having problems with this. But when I open the spreadsheet, it doesn't let me open the JUN tab. It will let me for the others, but not JUN any suggestions? aaahhh also while transcribing on LibreOffice, I can't see the wx plot.
Re: Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
Do you mean June on this tracker spreadsheet? It sometimes takes a while to open.
Re: Burton Island (1951) -- Discussion: Questions, Comments and Coordination
I've checked the spreadsheet with some test data, and the plot looks OK. I have to stop now, my supper is on the table, but I think Randi may be able to help.

I don't have a problem viewing the June sheet.
Try this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... =808608261
It should take you directly to the June sheet.
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/fold ... eoAQW0yGzD
I downloaded the spreadsheet and entered AM pressure. That is showing correctly on the WR plot sheet.
I will be here for a little bit longer tonight, and I will be available almost all day tomorrow.
You can email me images of what you see at moderatorcaro@gmail.com if that helps.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Long story short. I found other little quirks in other things. I updated my computer and turns out we are good now. go figure.... Thank you!!!

Well, I'm glad you managed to sort it out!
I had no idea what was going on

I'm with Randi. Happy it's fixed, and no clue about what was going on.

Ok, I put my name in the tracker and got a weather entry done for 01JUL1951, the verification said it was good (had trouble with location but I think I finally got it) output the xml and uploaded it. If anyone has time and is willing to go over what I did that would really help me know if I'm on the right track or need to change anything about how to do this. Thanks!

I'll take a look right now
Excellent job on the transcription!
The way you did the location is fine, but see the Location section in Example 1: In port for simpler ways.
You may want to experiment with setting Pressure Data Auto-Fill to yes. That way, once you have entered all four digits for the first pressure, all you need to do is enter the last two digits. It formats the data with a decimal point (29.84 rather than 2984), but both formats are acceptable.

Thanks! I'm keeping on working, got 3 July done. They've been in port for days, I'm looking forward to the ship getting underway. As bored as I am with them being in port I can't imagine what it was like for the crew and officers
