OK that's it. This is my last Windows computer.
I bought this computer last year with a recent Intel processor with 4 cores and lots of memory so that there would be plenty for future Windows upgrades. I ran the checkit app that Michael recommended and it says that my processor is not on the compatible processor list.
It says everything else is fine; just not the processor.
I'll use it until Windows 10 is no longer supported and then replace it with Linux.

Mind you, it should be OK, cause you've been implanted with Bill Gates' micro-chips.
I suspect that when the time comes, you'll be able to upgrade to Windows 11.

The National Archives seem to be down at the top level (e.g.,
https://catalog.archives.gov/id/23714412), but the page level (e.g.,
https://catalog.archives.gov/OpaAPI/med ... 1-0022.JPG) is OK.

Just be thankful you're not working with
sideways maps! I can't tell what's worse, mouse cramps or setting your display to Reverse Portrait and having to relearn mouse movements.
If you've never used these, you have to click on the image and roll in to zoom...

The NOAA Historical Charts site is down. I get a 504 Gateway Time-out.

Doing a bulk download at 2200GMT and seems OK to me.
Upload to Forms is OK.
Forum page loading seems about the same.
