I have another one on the same log image. It's the very last entry on the Events page (8 PM to Midnight). It looks like it might be saying "sighted cape 'Seivo Light'", but I can't find anything like that anywhere. Any idea what it could be?

It's Japan. There are many variants for many places. It's Siwo on the log. Just for your appreciation, our database has all these variants:
