This Bird Island was very close to one that was already on the list. But that one wasn't in quite the right location, which led me to find the third one which was in the right place.

Hmmmm - there's a list building here

Bishop Rocks
Priest Rocks
Bird Islands
Egg islands
North Capes

We only need one more common name to cover each side of a dice (properly 'die'). I wonder if that explains how these names crop up so much?
"Land ahoy Cap'n!" "Fetch the die Number One." Rattle, rattle. "Oh dear, that makes it 'Egg Island' three times in a row. Never mind. Enter it in the logbook..."

Eyeopener Light as an alternate for The Eye Opener Light.

I couldn't find anything similar to the scrawl starting with an "E", but then found that the usual name started with "The".

Point Turner Buoy

In this reference describing Khantaak Island,
The island is low and wooded except at Point Turner which is a tongue of sand with grass and bushes. A lighted bell buoy marks the edge of deep water 300 yards west of the point.

The buoy is referenced at 6:26 AM in this log
