FYI
Whilst looking for info on the American hermaphrodite brig "Sullivan" mentioned in Kearsarge log.
I came across this book and whilst it does not mention the "Sullivan" I thought it may interest any boat builders amongst us.

That link did not work for me.
It seems that ?id=qTZPsctuutwC needs to be added:

Re: Chat
There is a fund raiser called Movember in which people get sponsored to grow a Mo (mustache) in November.
https://au.movember.com/
Those who have a mo shave them off and re grow them. All sorts of people join in the fund raiser, you see Mos in shop windows and on buses and trains etc.
I started growing my Mo in about 1972.
This is what happened yesterday.
It certainly will not get that thick by the end of November.
(My kids are wondering where their dad went.)

Re: Chat
Some good books to read there April as you enjoy a cup of tea on your birthday.
Re: Chat
Thanks everyone! The book-themed teapot is fitting because I got a couple new books for my birthday: Beard on Bread and The Nero Wolfe Cookbook (I just recently started reading all of the Nero Wolfe books). And I'm gonna need that tea because my birthday is apple pie spice angel food cake.
