Yes! The easiest way to figure something out is to just quote a post and scroll down to see what code they used. When I was first building the whaling shipyard posts I would quote a previous shipyard page and then copy + paste it into notebook so that I could rewrite and edit at length (since they are such long posts with lots of formatting). And, of course, I love that Preview button so I can catch a dropped bracket or something before I post.

I am on the AV tabs, which are supposed to reduce the symptoms so I will not know if I have a mild of strong set of reactions.

Just looked at last nights weather, min 15.3 at 0500 (no wonder I woke up at 0300 feeling hot). Nice drop of rain overnight 25mm. Not had rain for a while.

Looks like the data sets might get a hiding for the next few days if I feel up to it.

Daylight savings this weekend Time +1

From the first Sunday of October, the Australian mainland will simultaneously experience five different time zones.

ACT, New South Wales, Tasmania, and Victoria will all be in the same Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) zone.
Queensland will remain on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will be one hour behind eastern daylight saving time.
South Australia will follow Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT) and will be half an hour behind the eastern daylight saving time.
The Northern Territory will be an hour and a half behind eastern daylight saving time on Australian Central Standard Time (ACST).
Western Australia will be three hours behind daylight saving time on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).

For example, if it was 3pm in the ACT, NSW, TAS, and VIC during daylight saving, it would be:

2pm in QLD
2.30pm in SA
1.30pm in the NT
12pm in WA
And Broken Hill in NSW is on SA time.

Be like China and have just one time zone. Life is so much easier.

Four of the states (inc ACT) are in line above each other.

Thanks for the heads-up. I have to remind myself to set my internal NSW clock from 7 hours behind to 6 hours (plus one day ahead).

I just look at the bottom right of my screen for Michael, London and local time.

Now I know the definition of a southerly Buster. My additions in [ ]

"As the Broncos and Panthers [ They are the National Rugby League Final teams ] are sweating it out on Sunday evening [HIgh 20s] , a gusty southerly change will be surging up the Illawarra coast, and it might even reach Sydney before the final whistle.
The change has the potential to be the first true southerly buster for Sydney since December 2021, remarkable considering the city averages five busters per year.
For clarification, buster criteria include a temperature drop of at least 5C in three hours and wind gusts in excess of 54 kilometres per hour.
Current modelling indicates gusts at Sydney Airport over 60kph and a three-hour drop of 8C."
