Well, I haven't been able to be on OW as much as I would like to lately. Must admit, while Gunnery Training Class is most believable, I, too, am partial to Greek Teriyaki Chefs...

I think it is Gunnery and Torpedo Classes, having seen it written out in full on several ships.

Possibly, but Clio and the other Cadmus sloops had no torpedoes, so I think gunnery training crew comes a close second to the Teryaki Chefs.

True, no torpedoes on Cadmus class sloops. I see that the Wiki entry for this has expanded greatly in the last six months. Perhaps some unsung heroes from OW have been at work!

A tiny proportion of the work I put into that site has been accepted by the information faschists, and there have been others, including Janet Jaguar who have also put a lot of time in there.
