is it bouncier if you dice or (c for s)

brunoise

the onions?

BTW just read that it's been illegal to import black pudding into the United States since 1971 because it contains sheep lung. Apparently during slaughter the stomach contents can get into animals' lungs. And stomach contents can spread disease.

It would not be nice to be a senior in (-p)

irons

in a prison, being fed prions in the prison slops (meals)

It would not be nice either to have senior (+h)

rhinos

in irons in prison. It doesn't look like they get/give prion disease.

Their (-i)
