I'm on the same version as Stuart and don't see it either. So it must have just been implemented in the latest version.

The Cell Focus option is part way down the Application Color section.

On version 24.2.5.2 on Linux I have the Grid lines and Page breaks settings, but no Cell Focus between them.

Somewhere in the past I think I remember something from Michael about reverse colours coming up. It changed my screen grid, but I have no idea now what I did.
