I’m using an iPad, and I get the message about signing up that Randi initially got. I’ll be home late Wednesday, so I’ll be able to use my PC then.

The three Football teams with the St George flag on them were:
Genoa 1893, A.C. Milan and Barcelona.

Where we are now has a highly popular African savanna Zoo, an Observatory, a beautiful Japanese Garden – home to 1,500 individual plant specimens and an eerie heritage-listed Gaol prison.

Next stop home.

We spent a glorious day at the Dubbo Zoo. Best zoo I've ever seen. Almost worth the 15 hour flight to Sydney and the six hour drive to Dubbo. :D

As I will have no internet for my first stop on the 15/16 May here are my clues.

There are more castles per square inch than any other country in the world.
This city is known for selling chocolate bosoms.
There are more than 80 bridges in this city.
Fries were invented in this country.

City and Country please.

Bruges, Belgium :?:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruges
The name probably derives from the Old Dutch for 'bridge': brugga.

https://www.st-christophers.co.uk/trave ... ut-bruges/
2. IT HAS MORE CASTLES THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY
3. THE BELGIANS INVENTED FRIES, NOT AMERICANS
6. THERE ARE MORE THAN 80 BRIDGES IN BRUGES

No luck on the chocolate

Good start, right on all points.
The novelty chocolates shapes are sold in Bruges (and no doubt other places.)

Feel free to add other unusual facts about places I go to

I am following Stuart by way of Google maps. I like the "Street view" format.
So something I learned - Australia drives on the English side of the road and uses kilometers. Country side looks nice.

(Not sure this really counts as a fact!)
In the universe of Douglas Adams' Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Belgium is considered the rudest word.

At my next stop
One of the largest Viking silver hords was discovered near here.
The UKs first Kenchucky Kentucky was opened here.
It has the longest row of public phoneboxes in the UK.
The parents of Butch Cassidy lived here before emigrating to America.

Where am I?
