Kingaroy is considered to be the Peanut Capital of Australia, but due to climate change, the future of peanut production in Kingaroy is uncertain and farmers are weighing up their options.

I never thought of Oz as being a producer of peanuts. Peanut production always brings to mind a picture of Jimmy Carter on his peanut tractor.
And are they indeed very fine Australian peanuts?

There is also a village in Gloucestershie in England with the same name.
8km south of the city is a famous dotted (or dashed) line on maps.

Although the description of Rockhampton as "the city of sin, sweat, and sorrow" is usually attributed to the English novelist Anthony Trollope, who visited Rockhampton in August 1871, it does not appear in Trollope's 24th August speech at the the Leichhardt Hotel in Rockhampton or his travel book, Australia and New Zealand (1873), in which Trollope made several negative comments about Rockhampton, including retelling the old joke about the inhabitants of a hot place who arrive in hell and request blankets. A reference to "the valley of sin, sweat, and sorrow" had previously appeared in Rockhampton Bulletin and Central Queensland Advertiser (Qld. : 1861-1871), 8 April 1871, p. 5, in conjunction with the visit of another dignitary. Shortly after Trollope's visit, the Rockhampton Bulletin (Qld. : 1871-1878) 6 Nov 1875, p. 2, referred to Rockhampton as "the city of sin, sweat, and sorrow" without mentioning Trollope, although the phrase later seems to have been firmly associated with him (see The Queenslander (Brisbane, Qld. : 1866-1939), 2 July 1887, p. 17).
