December 1873 is complete. I think it rained nearly every day in December 1973 in Nagasaki, Japan. Sounded bleak.
And for fun there was either shore leave or observing a court martial - and sometimes the former, led to being the star of the latter ... that being the nature of shore leave.

Will do. It's amazing they had enough hands to do all the work. A whole bunch of the crew seemed to be in solitary, in double irons, and on bread-water every day except Wed and Sunday after being court martially.

Thanks for sorting all that out. Really appreciate your assistance even if I don't quite follow everything your just did!
I'll just keep blindly transcribing as before and let you know if anything else doesn't line up. Onwards.

The Tracker for June (part 2) gives this file name. https://s3.amazonaws.com/NARAprodstorage/lz/dc-metro/rg-024/581208/2020-03/581208-lackawanna-015/581208-lackawanna-015-011.JPG But the LibreOffice spreadsheet says that I've transcribed from Index 14 and I'm currently up to imag...

June (part 2) is part of the spreadsheet volume 14, not volume 15 as shown in the tracker. Images go well beyond the 11 provided in the tracker. Can you look at this?
