Title: Rodgers -- Crew Lists

If you run across crew lists, please post the link to the pages here - like we did for the instrumentation pages.  There seem to be 2 types of pages - lists of sailors joining the ship, and then one for those who died or left the ship.  It isn't necessary to transcribe the names, but if you are feel like, please go right ahead.  At some point, the names from these lists will be added to the SODA database.

Have a look at the SodaDB. I put in a bunch of names when I was working on Rodgers.

Hi Randi.
I have given Soda away for sometime and am just trying to get some data in OW now things at home are stabilizing.
As such I have not seen your entries.
Thought (somewhat suprised) that no one had listed the crew.

Where does this come from all of a sudden? Roach and both Smith boys jumped ship early on and didn't return. You could as well add William Halsey then.

There was a handwriting question earlier today that had several of us thinking "Hove to" was a name "Ho~~~" and we were looking for a list of names.  The most complete was Randi's data in the Soda Database, and I copied that table into here for easier access.  All of which work turned out to be unneeded for reading the scribble in question, but that's how things go sometimes. :-[

Delete it or move it to discussion if you wish, that power comes with being moderator on this board.  :)

By the way, we were both wrong it is Rodgers not Bear.

My list is still WIP, although it will never be as detailed as some other lists here, because the information simply doesn't exist. I had no intention to post it in its current state, because it may still change. And some available information still needs to be added. So keep this in mind.

We will remember that, Clewi, and know the hard way that a ship must be complete before we can hope to have definitive lists of almost anything.  Except detailed inventories, of course. ;)

The in-process lists are remarkably helpful when trying to read scribbles, and all members can edit and revise their own posts.
